Slavery After the Civil War

What a great informational post. I had no idea what neoslavery was and that it actually existed after the civil war!
This should be turned into a documentary and shown on PBS or DVD. Actually seeing these long lost photos really made everything sink in.

Yeah, there's something about pictures that really make something like that real. People seem to be able to look past people's stories, but as soon as there's some photographs to back the stories up, the haters seem to shut up. I'm glad that Newsweek took the time to publish them like that.
